Post-combustion

The post-combustion chamber in waste-to-energy plant and incinerators is associated with the primary combustion chamber, to complete the combustion of fumes in accordance with current regulations. Essential elements for its correct functioning are maintaining temperatures and adequate amounts of oxygen.

The use of pure oxygen, thanks to the experience acquired by SOL in the production, distribution and use of this gas, efficiently and effectively controls the correct functioning of the post-combustion process, guaranteeing the safe use of the gas in accordance with specific customer needs: this permits both the continuous operation of the plant and a reduction in the cost of using auxiliary burners.
