On-line monitoring of welding parameters - Enermix.net
Thanks to the experience and know-how it has acquired within the sector, SOL has developed a system for the on-line monitoring of welding parameters that can record data, generate reports, and ensure that process parameters correspond with those defined by the WPS, for automatic, continuous and discontinuous MMA and GMAW welding processes.
Independent sensors and periodic calibration ensure conformity with the highest standards in the sector (ISO 3438 – 2); several functions are incorporated into the device, for example, the comparison with standard welding procedures and the planning of periodic maintenance of welding materials.
